“A little disappointed at the service from this company, I initially called for advice on which size EcoFlow unit I needed and was advised on the correct size and also told it would be delivered within 1 to 2 working days, in fact it took two weeks as I was not advised they were out of stock, this meant it wasn’t available for the trip intended on my boat. If goods are not in stock you should be advised before they take your money so that you are able to make a choice as to whether or not to go to another supplier.”

“Having ordered our first eco flow power pack and sola panel we was told the bag to put the power pack in was out of stock . The sola panel and power pack arrived next day and the bad the day after so we are very happy with the service we got from Hampshire generators ... I would defo use them again”
