“The generator arrived promptly and once I had sorted out LPG and electrical connections, powered up on third spin of the starter motor. The generator is for domestic back-up power and has now been tested and runs all the essential equipment in the house including the Broadband hub and laptop computers. I am very pleased with the purchase and looking forward to trouble free LPG running without having to worry about petrol storage or draining the fuel system when not in use.”

“Hampshire Generators are very professional and good value for money. Even though the Anker Solar panel was back orbed and took something to deliver they kept me up to date.Once the solar panel came in stock a delivery date was given and arrived bang on time. Thanks”

“If you are reading this review there's a good chance your considering buying from this company. I was in the same position when looking to purchase a Bluetti Power Station. I was a little apprehensive in using a company that I had never heard of and more so to spend £1500. Well I can safely say this company is firstly legitimate and secondly they are faultless with the service provided. My order was easy to place and easy to track as they send you all the relevant information. I would definitely use again and can guarantee that they are customer focused.”

“Still waiting for my order, Hampshire Generators yet again sent the wrong cable (same thing happened about 2 years ago). Cable been returned but have not received any communication of when I can expect them to send the correct cable.”

“I received extremely useful help in identifying the correct power pack for my needs from minute one. The initial enquiry narrowed it down to the Bluetti AC2P unit, which I thoroughly recommend to any other musicians. Competitive price, no reaction to guitar pick-ups and it runs silently. All with a potential 5 year guarantee, musos what more do ya need. I’m jammin 110w Bass in the middle of a cow field !!! Good unit and great service. Only a pity I couldn’t place a phone order with first enquiry. It came as soon as stock was available. Grand experience all round. THANKS HAMPSHIRE GEN’S !!”

“We received excellent advice from your Nick which helped us make what I hope turns out to be an excellent decision in the replacement of a existing diesel generator that has given us much trouble. i have yet to complete the installation of this new machine, but it is unpacked and examined and seems in tip-top condition. So, on behalf of my wife and myself (both over 80, both cancer survivors) who elect to live at 1000 ft in the Scottish Borders following the choice of a suitable generator, thank you.”

“Whilst it was easy to order the item online when I opened the solar panels I found loose screws in the packaging and had to find where they came from and install them correctly- I also did not receive my voucher as advertised- disappointing outcome after making the effort to support a local company”

“I was very pleased with how quickly my generator was delivered but it would have been nice to have had some idea of when it was going to be delivered . An email from yourselves to say it has been dispatched and when it should arrive. Customer service is excellent as well responding quickly to my queries”
