“Spoke to steve here a few times over an isuse with brushes in my generator! his advice and guidance helped me to bring the slip rings back to life and now back up and running. top place can’t recommend enough. Many thanks the new brushes are lasting a lot longer now”

“I brought a 440W Excel power foldable solar panel from Hampshire generators at the beginning of 2023 and was very impressed with their communcation and delivery considering the DPD driver successfully managed to deliver to our motorhome on a Caravan and motorhome club CL. There was a minor issue with the panel, and there was no quibbles from Hampshire Generators for a replacement. They organized the pick up of the old panel, which needed packaging up, and that and the 2nd delivery were also as good as the 1st one. I would definitely use them again.”

“I can't praise this company enough . My package was lost by FedEx, I sent an email to hampshire generators who phoned me straight back . They were superb and sent me the item again and I got it the next day . Great customer service . Thank you”

“I called with questions and spoke to a very helpful man who was happy to help. Later I sent an email with another question, and within an hour I had a response. Finally, I ordered my generator and solar panels and was stunned to find they were delivered the very next day. I purchased an excellent product from a first class company with amazing customer service. I don't see how they can improve.”
