“I have used Hay for several years and have found you more than accommodating. For example, I sent a hamper to an old friend who had just left the hospital after a hip replacement. I had not realized that she was recuperating at her sister-in-law's home and when I told one of your colleagues she changed the address. The hampers themselves are of very good quality and I think good value. Both the product and the service are first-rate.”
