“Although there was a technical problem with my order when I contacted Hay's Hampers I found the staff very helpful & they explained exactly what problems they were experiencing & what they were doing to ensure delivery of the hamper in time for Christmas. I have spoken to the recipient of the hamper & they are delighted with their gift. Would use Hays Hampers again and have no hesitation in recommending them”
