“I ordered the monster bean bag, faux fur Fox! The website does encourage you to order a sample but I didn't and when it turned up it was quite cream as opposed to off white. I rang the company who were lovely. They were apologetic as I would have to pay £10 for delivery of the grey Kangaroo and collection of the Fox. I thought this was fair as I should have ordered the swatch. Anyway, Kangaroo delivered - lovely mid grey, filled it with the billions of beans and it is fantastic. Yes it is absolutely monstrous but a great alternative to a boring sofa! We had to change delivery times to suit us and then changed the fur and both times the customer service was delightful. Both couriers were also incredibly pleasant also. Well done to you all and thank you. Highly recommended.”

“Bought two retro medium cotton bean bags for my boys' New sitting room. Great value and arrived very quickly. Very comfy for adults too and the covers seem good quality. I also like the fact you can buy extra covers to change the colour very easily!”

“Really pleased with purchase, was contacted about my delivery as it was arriving on two separate days due to a problem with drivers but this wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend, quality of product is fab!!”

“The customer service I have experienced from GreatBeanBags is the best in years! Initially I ordered some fabric samples which arrived quickly. Placed an order online which was responded to via email almost immediately. Delivery date was requested but delivery was not available that date, I recieved an email to express regret and to rebook delivery. Delivery was rebooked and I recieved an email giving me an hours delivery slot. The delivery van was spot on in the delivery window with polite driver. The product itself is the same colour as the fabric sample. The quality of the item is great. My daughter loves her new beanbag. Thanks very much for outstanding customer service, it seems so rare these days. I would highly recommend you're company to anyone!”

“I bought this bean bag for chilling out in front of the log fire, it is well made and faux leather looks very good. This bean bag is very comfortable, almost like sitting on a cushion with fantastic back support. Can't recommend this highly enough - spot on for what I wanted and isn't too large, perfect for a female. Excellent prompt delivery too.”

“The quality of the bean bags is outstanding and they are very comfortable. Thanks to light-weight filling material they are easy to move about. The website unfortunately doesn't make it very easy to judge and compare the size of the various products and the one I chose turned out to be quite a bit bigger than anticipated. It would be great if there were comparison pictures and/or charts to help pick the right product.”

“We were delighted with the ordering and prompt delivery process. We selected the child's beanbag but for the use of our little adorable Yorkshire Terriers. The quality of the materials used and the fabrication of the bag is excellent. We were very impressed and will absolutely be ordering more goods from them in the future. “I have purchased 5 memory foam dog beds from GreatBeanBags in the last 15 months. And not because they wear out, but because I have two dogs and the beds are so good I have them in every room of my house! Tough, hard wearing covers, and the stuffing actually stays in shape for longer than 6 weeks!!! After 15 months the two beds I first bought are still as good as new. Great communication, very quick delivery, you won't be disappointed and neither will your four legged family members :-)”

“I ordered this item to arrive in time for a particular day....... alas it wasn't to be as it wasn't made in time......oh and then when it was made not all boxes would fit on the couriers van, so then I had to wait in a second day for the rest of my order, to be told by the courier that he'd easily have got it on his van the 1st visit the day before when he'd delivered !!!!! ???? Having said all that, and being disappointed over the actual receiving the item, it is a great product. Well made, comfy, though we took a couple of bags of beans out as we found it too hard .”
