“The bean bag was dispatched immediately, and was due to be delivered the next day. When there was a hiccup( couldn't fit the box in the lorry),the company phoned to inform me of a day's delay. Although the online forms said I'd have to sign on delivery, I was able to click on a 'safe place'delivery spot. Their whole process was exemplary, and was entirely stress free. Bean bag looks great, but as it's a Christmas gift, it hasn't been used yet, so I'm commenting on the company and delivery.”

“This was a replacement cover and top up filling for my sofabed beanbag. Excelllent choice of covers and fabrics and option to buy netting to contain existing beans. Promptly dispatched good qaulity items”

“I am delighted with this Beanbag, which I have bought for my 19 year old Grandson who wants it to sit comfortably, rather than on his bed, in his room at University. I received it on time, within the promised time spot, the delivery man was polite, tidily dressed and personable. The Beanbag cover, if anything, is a better quality that I expected and the colour is great. Brilliant all round - Thanks !!”

“Great website easy to choose what I was looking for. Not used the bean bag yet as it is a birthday present However very pleased so far with the ordering and delivery. Would recommend rather than looking on the high street as far more choice.”

“I experienced a lot of delays in receiving this order; I was told they would receive the material for my order a week after I ordered, 2 weeks later I was told they still hadn't made it. All in all, I received something I ordered on the 6th of Nov by the 30th Nov”

“I bought the XL chair and it's just amazing! It's big enough to make any adult comfortable, just perfect for what we needed. We have a faux leather on navy and I can say the quality is good, do not look cheap or shining as lots of faux leather could be, quite pleasant look. It's easy to fill in, although the instructions could be a bit more clear if we should or not open the bag with the mini balls inside to put into the big bag. Anyway, it worth the money.”

“When it arrived it looked good, it turned out to be very hard on my bishon frise, she found it hard to get on it and when she did she slid off, I . Thought the outer covering to hard and it didn't give way to make it comfy for my dog. It was also a bit large, since then I have reduced the size and covered it in a soft material and she loves it. On reflection I think it was filled to much and the cover was to stiff”
