“I am pleased with the service of delivery being prompt, but I am disappointed with the bean bag itself as you cannot take the cover off to wash it as it has no liner bag to hold the polystyrene balls, I bought 100% cotton for this reason expecting to be able to wash the cover..........”

“Really impressed with both the quality of the bean bag and the quick delivery to Guernsey. We ordered a gamers bean bag in blue corduroy and my teenage son loves it. Fabric feels soft but rugged and bean bag itself is really comfortable - might need one for myself next!”

“The beans arrived in 3 enormous plastic bags with the sofa cover folded into the bottom of one of them. It wasn't visible so I emailed the company to ask when it would arrive and was told where to find it. The beans are in lots of separate nets of 2 different sizes. The sofa had 3 compartments to fill, but there were no instructions so I wasn't sure what size should go where. It took about 2 hours to do as it was trial and error which bags would fit best in which compartment. I had one left over which I couldn't fit in. The sofa is now very firm. It looks great and is comfortable if you lie on it, but the arm/sofa back which goes all the way round the sofa is too deep in my opinion, so I am pushed to the edge of the seat and am thinking about taking some of the beans out of the 'arm' to make it saggier. In conclusion: It's light and easy to move around and looks great, but I wish the back/arm was shallower as it takes up room which could be used as seating area. It's wide enough to lie along. It's good quality and a nice colour. The back could be higher and shallower, however. My teenager gives it 7 out of 10.”

“I was really happy with the product. The bean bag itself was huge. It was a present for my daughter and she is delighted with it. The quality is good and it seems strong and well made. The bean bag delivery was excellent. I got lots of emails about the time and in the end it was left outside as arranged.Very happy all round”

“The site is easy to navigate - there are a lot of different bags to choose from and videos show how the bags look against a real person. Ordering was easy and delivery speedy. My two gamer bags were well packaged and they arrived at the specified time. I really couldn't fault the product or experience.”

“Bought one corderoy beanbag which was excellent and delivery prompt. Decided week later to get another, same size /colour to match. After paying told there was a delay. In the end had to wait 2.5 months. Was offered a refund if I didn't want second one but needed it to match so had to stick with it. Disappointing as they wouldn't even send a temporary one (for Xmas) that we could exchange when my order came in. Need to improve customer service.”

“We bought a classic bean bag shape in kangaroo (grey) fur fabric for my daughter's birthday. She wanted it as large as possible, so we went for extra large. It is big but it allows even an adult to snuggle in really comfortably and I could quite happily fall asleep in it! It is well made and the double zips are secure. We initially struggled to get the nets of beads into the cover, but once we got the hang of 'pouring' then in it was actually a fun task! The service was good and it was delivered when scheduled. It may seem a little expensive for a bean bag, but we struggled to find a fur bean bag in the right colour, and this one ticks all the boxes.”
