“I originally ordered a 14 inch fire grate but it was far too small for my fire place. I ordered the 16 ich fire grate which was a perfect fit. I did not use the 14 inch fire grate and I promptly received a refund for it. Great service and will buy a replacement 16 inch fire grate as and when I need to, from here.”
