“I rang to confirm the dimensions of to item I purchsed. The lady I spoke to was polite, efficient and effective and dealt with my query in very short order. Delivery was speedy and the part was correct and acceptable. What more could you want?”

“I ordered 2 small dog (14 inch) cast iron grates 2 install in my BBQ, they arrived on schedule, are of good construction and they fit perfectly. I generate a lot of heat with the charcoal and previous grates have all eventually melted through (over a twenty year period!). I have used these 3 times already and they both look fine and i am looking forward to many years of use.”
