“A little sceptical using these guys as the item was on backorder, the price was so competitive though, I had to take them at their word. I can happily report that they were as good as their word. The new glass arrived by the end of the week. We were warm again and I paid honest money. Have saved their number for the next time I break something to do with the Woodburner.”

“This is the best fire we've ever had! The coals give it a really cosy look but the heat thrown from it is unbelievable!! We have to turn it off,even the lower setting gives a powerful heat. All in all for the low price paid I can't praise it enough.”

“Excellent- trying to find a replacement grate for jet master but think they are not being made anymore thought a grid type grate might fit but wasn’t completely sure and sizing was difficult. Spoke to grate fireplace accessories very helpful and they sent me one to try and for an extra pound I could return it with full refund if it wasn’t suitable. It fitted!”

“Purchased stove spray paint recently and was extremely impressed with its application on the hood of my open fronted ceramic coal gas fire. The original paint had deteriorated and bubbled in a section at the front centre of the hood and looked unsightly. I prepared the surface and applied several spray coats of this paint and the hood looks fantastic and just like new. Excellent heat resistant qualities as well.”
