“Was advised I would receive them on Tuesday. Had an email from Evri saying I'd get them soon. Contacted golf shoes on Tuesday who said they'd only just been picked up. Got an email from Evri saying that they now had them. Thursday still waiting.”

The next working day pick up after the bank holiday weekend was Tuesday 2nd April I have tracked your order and you received it on Thursday the 4th April. Your delivery was delayed by 1 day. I have also checked your order and can confirm you were not charged postage.

Thank you for taking the time to review Golf Shoes. Your experience is very important to us. With regards to exchanges, I can confirm we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround. Once we are in receipt of your returned item/items, they are dealt with within 24 hours.
I have looked into your order and we can see that you sent back your shoes on 18th March. Your return was scanned back into us on 20th March, and the replacement shoes were sent out to you on 22nd March, I can see you emailed in at 5.36pm on the 21st and we replied back to you the following morning at 8.20am.
After reviewing all the information, all in all I feel that the service you received was exceptional.

“My shoe size is normally an 11, but with golf shoes I go a size larger, to compensate thicker sports socks.
These size 12 I ordered I struggled to get them on, even using a shoe horn, they were very tight, I think, because they were a very narrow fit.
Unfortunately I had to return them, shame, nice shoe.
