Really unhappy with the customer service I have tried to call the INKD phone number listed on the site and have not had any answer for a few days. The personalised bottle I ordered is for tomorrow! My other half’s 30th birthday. INKD did not give my correct address details to Royal Mail so the order is being returned to sender! I ordered this bottle over 2 weeks ago! And now this won’t arrive in time for his birthday! Also my emails and phone calls have been ignored. Please can a member of your customer service contact me? It’s terrible that this is the only way I can get through to you.
