“I found inkd after I had a bad experience with another company, I can honestly say the product and service was brilliant. The previous company cancelled my order 7 days after I ordered it which caused my niece to have no present for her 21st birthday, I then ordered from inkd Tuesday night and it was delivered by Friday! She absolutely loves it :) I'll definitely be using inkd again.”

“Lovely service, delivered on time. Could use a bit more variety around colours and fonts offered. Also you could offer inserting a personalised card in the package if a gift. But overall happy with what I sent as a gift.”

“I have used inkd a number of times now their service is top notch, everytime the bottles come looking really classy and within a few days. I have never really had any problems with my orders, the only time I did I was sent the wrong flavour vodka but I contacted the support team and within 2 days the correct flavour bottle was at my door free of charge. The inkd team are really professional and in my opinion it’s great value for money as you won’t pay much more for a customised bottle than you would for a plain one in the shops, couldn’t speak more highly of them👍”

“Gift great but appalled at Royal Mail service regarding delivery. They left parcel on top of a fence post of a derelict house next to us never came to our house as someone waited in all day and we never signed for it either. Luckily my son came home just as it was getting dark and saw it not realising it was for us. Anyone could have lifted this as very busy nature walk passes by our home and people walk past continuously. I can send photos of this to you as not good for yourself when paying a lot of money for a unique gift and this is delivery service you offer.”
