“Not satisfied my order wasn’t delivered. Customer service said they will contact the sending provider which will take 10 days and if the provider says other wise I will not be issued a refund. The sending provider signed my name !! Without my knowledge aswell”

“Well packaged in a secure plastic air bubble designed by inkd which stops any damage to the bottle while going through the process of delivery with its inkd design on the airbag also the bottle design is 100% accurate to your template exactly and everything comes as expected! The person it was bought for has decided not to drink it as it’s too much of a good look ! Deffo will purchase again also a lot of feedback when posted on social media .”

“Loved the packaging. May be a bit more info on the status of the order i.e. when the bottle is getting printed etc. I waitress 3 days before any communication and that was only after I phoned the office. Also maybe a collection service for single bottles needed for a quick turn around. Other than that you guys are great.”
