“Usually get good quality, but these fenders are not good quality”

“The rope I purchased was in fact 12 mm rather than eight otherwise it seems to be what I ordered and it arrived quickly. A similar order that I ordered last Tuesday I paid extra money for next day delivery unfortunately this didn't happen I I wasn't able to collect the order until Saturday”

“Nothing wrong with Force 4, but ... I ordered a leather wheel cover on Tuesday morning and paid extra for ‘next day delivery’ as it could be problematic to receive it later in the week. On Wednesday (‘next day’), Fedex advised it would arrive on Thursday. On thursday they advised it would arrive on Friday - which it finally did. So, the so-called ‘next day delivery’ took 3 days. Sorry, I’m not impressed.”

“It's a shop. I needed one specialist item. Force 4 supplied it, great, it was perfect. And then came the avalanche of emails, which I haven't managed to unsubscribe from even though I've ticked the unsubscribe button. I'm not part of your digital journey, I don't need a running e-commentary, I don't even need reminding of Force 4's existence [I've known about you for 40 years...]. All I want is marine stuff when I need it - and FAR FEWER - i.e. NO MORE - EMAILS! Please!”

“Your products and service great as ever. FedEx again very difficult. For the last two orders I and or a colleague have sat patiently in a room with view of entrance through the entire advised delivery times. Only to get a msg saying FedEx tried to deliver but no one was there. I have made a formal complaint as the driver is not telling the truth. They also will not accept a “safe place”. Sadly this means that for my small orders I will have to go elsewhere, but will keep checking your website to see if you are using a more popular service.”

“The products are fine and as expected; would just advise everybody to not rely on delivery promises when purchasing online. I paid a premium price (almost £10) for next day delivery (within the timeframe they say it was applicable). It still took 3 extra days and was treated in complete non-challant manner. Even only handed over by end of the next day according to automated email communications I received. Delivery arrangements clearly not in shape for urgent matters—and one might argue outright misleading.”

“The sunshade fits very well on my motor cruiser and I think the design is flexible and will fit many boats. However it arrived with a broken screw tightener for the umberalla pole extention, which effectively makes it unusable without improvisation.”

“Brief instructions on how to pump it up would have helped. 1. Remove miniature rubber stopper 2. Insert a football inflator nozzle 3. Pump to required pressure. 4, Remove nozzle and stuff in mini rubber stopper.”

“Disappointed that a skeg was not included, even though it is listed as a feature. The skegs are not listed on the Force 4 website, so I am returning the Kayak as not as described. I have ordered an alternative Kayak and don’t expect to pay the return charge 🤞”

“Website far too slow. Search engine outdated and not up to scratch for volume of SKUs. Lack of synonyms etc… Service of delivery was fine… but as an e-commerce owner I was disappointed with the web experience.”
