“Force 4 were my 'go-to' for major purchases however a bad experience which resulted from two expesive items that were damaged in transit as a result of poor packaging I no longer use Force 4 for anything of significant value.
Staff I spoke with were always professional and courteous and I was reimbursed once the goods had been confirmed as recovered however the return of the items took time which delayed my purchase from a different supplier.”
“Sadly, I can’t report in the products as, despite waiting in from 1000 to 1400 on Friday 27 Feb, as instructed by FedEx, and again the following day, no package has arrived. I cannot wait in again for a third day.”
“Hi if you look at the item it has a polished weld but the two that arrived are sleeved with the weld underside I'm hoping that the sleeve doesn't rust within the sleeve ,I went with yours because of weld and not marine super store as there's is the same as you supplied ,I have bought many items from yourselves and all ways been very happy but sorry not on this occasion ,I needed to fit today as boat is due to gon back in water next week .ill wait and see what happens this season ,regards steve”
