“Products and delivery are great. Website is slow and clunky, payment would not go through three times, some items were not in stock at the till but were initially added to order and then deleted from the order at payment stage.”

“More than happy with the life jackets, look good and robust. Delivery on time. The life jackets were all manufactured sometime in 2023. Is the 5 year warranty now only 2 years?”

“Not tried the product yet but it turned up heavily damaged. I was amazed the tin wasn’t leaking. Reported it to Force 4 and the courier but no response.”

“most of order delivered quickly but wrong prop anode delivered . phoned and left message twice and got call back after several hours. Although you still advertise 40mm prop anode ; 460081, your sales person told me that she couldn't find one or even locate / order . Shame as I am left to find an alternative Chandlers. Order NOT fulfilled.”

“Force 4 is unfortunately being let down by their courier Fedex. Having paid for a next day service, the couriers put it on a week long delivery. Fortunately Kat at Force 4 sorted it all out for us very efficiently and it was delivered in two days. Thank you, Kat. This is the second time we’ve had problems with the delivery of a Force 4 purchase by Fedex. Last summer we ordered an item to be delivered to Conwy as we were passing through. The tracker told us that the item had got stuck at their depot and wouldn’t be delivered on time. We happened to be passing near to their depot in a hire car and so called in to collect the item ourselves. What we found was a depot full of accumulated parcels and a highly stressed depot manager who initially refused to try to find our item. It required all our powers of persuasion to convince a more junior colleague to help us. Fortunately he found our item fairly quickly and we went on our way. Had he not the item would not have reached us in time for our departure to the Isle of Man. So, with a 100% failure rate with Fedex I would strongly recommend that F4 change the courier company which they use. In our experience DPD offer a very efficient service.”

“Force 4 were my 'go-to' for major purchases however a bad experience which resulted from two expesive items that were damaged in transit as a result of poor packaging I no longer use Force 4 for anything of significant value. Staff I spoke with were always professional and courteous and I was reimbursed once the goods had been confirmed as recovered however the return of the items took time which delayed my purchase from a different supplier.”

“Sadly, I can’t report in the products as, despite waiting in from 1000 to 1400 on Friday 27 Feb, as instructed by FedEx, and again the following day, no package has arrived. I cannot wait in again for a third day.”

“Hi if you look at the item it has a polished weld but the two that arrived are sleeved with the weld underside I'm hoping that the sleeve doesn't rust within the sleeve ,I went with yours because of weld and not marine super store as there's is the same as you supplied ,I have bought many items from yourselves and all ways been very happy but sorry not on this occasion ,I needed to fit today as boat is due to gon back in water next week .ill wait and see what happens this season ,regards steve”
