“Informed that order was dispatched, had an email every day for the next 5 days relating to progress and then delivery ! After 7 days I had to contact Parker's who phoned Evri and it was delivered later that day. It is not acceptable for plants to be in the post for over a week particularly over a weekend and at this time of year ! If my rose bushes don't grow who is to blame ?”

Hi Mrs Paul, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to learn of the late delivery by our courier partners. Roses at this time of year are in a dormant state so do not require any nutrients as the sap has returned to the roots which is the most important part, they can travel for quite some time without detriment to them. Once planted in the ground they will settle their roots and we would expect them to flourish in the spring. Hi Jane Thank you for your review and I am sorry to learn of your disappointment with the plants on your order. Perennials at this time of year are going into dormancy or are in dormancy so will not look at their best as all the sap has returned to the roots and they will now be defoliating.
