Delivery was good and the two plants and their substantial roots were in good condition, but they were smaller than I expected plants in 2 litre pots to be , i.e. one had two and the other three thin stalks only around 10 cms tall. I have yet, however, to see how they develop over the season.

You have a great range of plants and in particular the availability of plug plants. In a big garden it helps to have a reasonably affordable option. My issue is that the transport and delivery of the plants is very sub optimal. Often the delivery driver just rings the gate and then leaves them exposed behind the gate. In this heat it is almost impossible to revive some of the stock. I am not always at home to receive and get nop notice as to when the plants might be delivered. DPD and DHl seem to be able to provide this information.

To be honest I was disappointed with some of the items, more especially as I had ordered for Gardens of Easton Lodge Preservation Trust in Essex. The parcel was delivered over Easter meaning that carrier took about 5 day to reach me which possibly added to their deterioration.

Good price, arrived fast and in good condition. Planted plugs out within 12hours of delivery, it’s been about 10 days and about half have died. Not sure what’s gone wrong for me. If a higher survival rate I would’ve given 5 stars

I ordered a mix of dahlia tubers, perennials and shrubs. The tubers are fine ( hopefully) but the rest were packed in such a haphazard way that, despite unpacking as soon as I received it, some of the plants had been squashed and the foliage and stems damaged. I am waiting to see if new growth will come. Disappointing.

2/4/25. Most of the daffodils and Scilla siberica bulbs grew well but 1/50 snowdrops and no bluebells (have as yet) sprouted. The allium sphaerocephalon has been replaced by something else that emerged & flowered 3m early (see photo). Grateful for your help in identification

What Parkers did was excellent BUT the carrier you use was unacceptably slow - e-mail on a Friday saying order collected from yourselves; order not actually delivered till late in the day the following Thursday - & many items were very dry. Also parcel left at roadside gate (200 yards from house).

FIRSTLY I HAD TO GO SEARCHING FOR THE PARCEL WHEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDER HAD BEEN DELIVERED JUST MINUTES AFTER I RECEIVED ONE SAYING IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. I WAS IN THE HOUSE AND NO KNOCK OR RINGING OF DOORBELL OCCURRED. AFTER SEARCHING ALL AROUND MY PROPERTY WITH NO LUCK I DECIDED TO GLANCE OVER THE NEIGHBOURS WALL AND THERE IT WAS. GOOD JOB I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM SECONDLY THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS WAS VERY POOR. MOST OF THE ACTUAL TUBERS TO THE GALLERY ART FAIR WERE BROKEN OFF THE MAIN STEM AND LOOSE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG WITH MOST OF THE OTHERS BARELY ATTACHED. I HAVE POTTED THEM ON BUT SOME OF THEM ARE MORE OR LESS JUST STALKS AND I DON'T GIVE THEM MUCH HOPE. THE OTHER DAHLIA (PABLO) WAS OK AND THER ARE SHOOTS ON THOSE ALREADY. ITS FORTUNATE I HAD RETAINED SOME OF LAST YEARS TUBERS OF THE ART FAIR AND THEY ARE PERFORMING WELL, BETTER THAN I EXPECTED AND SO ITS NOT A DISASTER FOR ME. I DON'T WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ART FAIR AS I HAVE ENOUGH OF MY OWN, BUT I WILL THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING ANY EXTRAS NEXT YEAR.

Alot of my phlox didn't have any shoots on ive have ordered from you before and always had good looking phlox but this latest bunch was disappointing l would say about 40 were just strings im hoping they will take sorry l planted them straigh away as you advise so didn't take pictures but if they dont come up ill be intouch.

Bulbs fine, but concerned about the size oft the v.small plants that irrived, one of which had just about one leaf tand that measured one centimeter!. Fingers crossed.

It is normal at this stage for perennials not to look their best as last years foliage is not removed and new foliage may not yet of come through or is very sparse. All the plants have very strong root systems which have been checked prior to packing and we recommend planting straight away, once the warmer spring weather starts we would expect them to flourish. I bought tulip bulbs and I don’t think they were all the size they should have been, I ordered top size but quite alot were extremely small, Will see what happens in flowering time!

The bulbs were good, mostly in good condition with a small percentage with slight defects, as expected. The only complaint this far would be the 28 day delivery time. I would order more from this company but the long delivery time means that it will be too late to plant.

Plants quite small, but look healthy. one pack of bulbs on this occasion were musty and didnt seem that healthy, - Ill see if they grow OK.

Bulbs were fine, you have a huge range but it took weeks to come. I don't understand why your turn around is so slow. I'm a gardener and my client had to wait ages with no idea when he bulbs would arrive.

My order took 5 days to arrive after being told that it was on its way. So plants not looking there beest after being in the dark for probably a week. One box not packed very well as soil fallen out of pots. This may have been Evris fault!

1 bulb of Fritillaria Aurora was rotten 1 bulb of Fritillaria Orange Beauty was rotten 1 bulb of Fritillaria William Rex was rotten All these bulbs had to be discarded so I could only plant 4. The package was opened on arrival and planted soon after so they were obviously in poor condition when sent .

My order of crocuses arrived with many of the shoots well developed and maybe should have been delivered earlier. A large number of the shoots had been knocked off the corms. Overall rather disapponiting.
