“I am sure these items would have been in good condition when packed. Unfortunately the parcel has been with the courier since Dec. 3rd and I am still waiting for it to be delivered.”

“All of my order arrived well packed and looking very healthy. Some items were delayed due to the warm autumn, but I was kept well informed and not bombarded with emails about it. This made me totally relaxed that they had it all in hand. Thank you”

“I have had bulbs for a lot of years, but this year the waiting time was long. Maybe time for a change next year, the customer service could do with looking into, not at all friendly or helpful.”

I can see that most of your order was delivered within the advised timeframe but we were a little late in sending some of the other bulbs to you, this unfortunately was due to delays which were beyond our control.
