“All good. Nice plants at a very reasonably price. Bit bashed but that’s to be expected. Plants don’t travel that well.”

“Delivery was good and the two plants and their substantial roots were in good condition, but they were smaller than I expected plants in 2 litre pots to be , i.e. one had two and the other three thin stalks only around 10 cms tall. I have yet, however, to see how they develop over the season.”

“5 out of 5. Excellent service and delivery within the 21 day promise. Fantastic value for money plants and delivery very reasonable for such a large order of 60 vinca plants in 9cm pots. Plants were in excellent condition and packed well. If I need any more plants, I will certainly use J Parkers. The plants are now in the garden and looking good. Thank you very much. Chris.”

“All problems have allways been sorted out ie poor quality plants .Staff are allways cheerfull and helpful the only criticism I would make is the waiting time to make contact on the telephone to speak to a member of staff at Parker's.Your compotion out in the market place is getting very competitive so keep your prices attractive.well done to all Parker's staff”

“I am afraid the last two orders have seen a high amount of dried out/deal plants I suspect as you use EVRI to deliver they take too long and dry out”

“I ordered a lot of fruit trees and soft fruit bushes of different varieties. The quality of the plants that arrived were variable and after trying to revive them over the past 10 days a lot have not survived . Dont think i wiil order these again. Just to clarify as i have since found emails in my Junk folder, Evri had my delivery on 2nd May but sent a message saying they were unable to deliver and they would try again on 10th of May !!!!. No wonder the plants arrived half dead. This was a courier problem, but also a Jparker problem for using this unreliable courier in the first place. Half of the plants/trees did not recover.”

“Thank you for a good and healthy stock of plants, my only problem is the delivery...it leaves your warehouse and gets stuck in transition and then the courier takes another few more days to deliver home. Pls see if you can resolve this issue in the future...”

“My plants were delivered on time and in good condition and as a first time cutomer for the price i was kind of expecting diddy plants or not great condition but i was really impressed with the size of them and the health of them, they are obviously grow with care, Thanks J Parkers, have already ordered more things and will definitly be using you more in the future :-)”

“You have a great range of plants and in particular the availability of plug plants. In a big garden it helps to have a reasonably affordable option. My issue is that the transport and delivery of the plants is very sub optimal. Often the delivery driver just rings the gate and then leaves them exposed behind the gate. In this heat it is almost impossible to revive some of the stock. I am not always at home to receive and get nop notice as to when the plants might be delivered. DPD and DHl seem to be able to provide this information.”
