I am afraid the last two orders have seen a high amount of dried out/deal plants I suspect as you use EVRI to deliver they take too long and dry out

I ordered a lot of fruit trees and soft fruit bushes of different varieties. The quality of the plants that arrived were variable and after trying to revive them over the past 10 days a lot have not survived . Dont think i wiil order these again. Just to clarify as i have since found emails in my Junk folder, Evri had my delivery on 2nd May but sent a message saying they were unable to deliver and they would try again on 10th of May !!!!. No wonder the plants arrived half dead. This was a courier problem, but also a Jparker problem for using this unreliable courier in the first place. Half of the plants/trees did not recover.

Plants arrived as roots, which is fine, but out of 10 raspberries only 2 are shooting despite haivng been put in the ground on arrival.

The rating would have been a 5star, but for the delivery firm Yodel. I got a message to say my parcel was coming(which day I didnt know) And when I got a message on the day that the parcel was getting delivered, I got a message 7mins before the 2hr delivery window was open!(so I couldnt plan accordingly) And when the parcel was delivered, it was left ''in a safe place'' aka the front doorstep!

The fruit trees arrived with dry roots and I have emailed twice now with no response either time. Not the sort of customer support I would expect from a business like yourselves

I was very disappointed with the quality of the plants and the manner in which they were packed for transit. I will be very surprised if the passion flower survives, it looks very pathetic.

I ordered 10 geranium Elke and 10 Summerskies. I needed 10 for a designed bed. 3 plants arrived dying. )the others were brilliant. i immediately asked for replacements. They arrived, poor plants and promptly died. I can no longer use Elke for the designed bed as there are 10 spaces and 8 plants. So disappointed. It is best yo see plsnts when uou buy them ad it seems the staff do not check the plants are all in good condition before sending them.

Evri let you down. It was meant to be delivered last Thursday, I am still waiting for one parcel 8 days later

Plants and bulbs arrived well packed but quality less than I would expect. Around half of the lily bulbs covered in mould/fungus and soft and plant plugs either etiolated and pale due to lack of light (Delphinium) or again, covered in mould or even absent from the plug (Verbena). Quality control in the packing or picking department and storage needs to significantly improve. We'll just have to see how things grow in the coming season.

Delivery - 2 x different orders just left one unattended for two days. Complained first time !!! First lady I spoke to couldn't care less. Second lady better but still the next order left unattended. Will use elsewhere in future.

All the corms I ordered stated they were 12cm + so I was very disappointed on opening them when they were no where near that. I wouldn't of minded if they were 8 - 10cm but a lot of them are not even 5/6cm! I probably wouldn't of been so disappointed if the information in the catalogue stated the correct size! Some were even damaged. The photos are of 4 bags out of 10 bags but if you want me to photograph them all I will.

I note from the photo that you are measuring them by diameter, bulbs are always measured by circumference, so anything above 3.8 cm diameter means they are 12cm and above. The bulbs came in successive instalments with the last ones arriving too late to be included in the planting scheme. Also the tulip bulbs are very small so I’m not optimistic about my spring display

There were several unavoidable delays this year which meant some bulbs were much later than usual coming through to us from the growers. The size of the bulbs however have been very good so I am sorry that you feel the bulbs received were very small. Tulip bulbs many were mouldy and some very soft and soggy which I threw away. They were for a client and had to be planted straight away so I'm not convinced they will bloom very well and this isn't the first time I have been disappointed and they were not cheap-300 of them. I will be back in touch in the spring when flowering takes place .

Quite disappointed with this purchase. Thought it's a good offer for pack of 3 but unfortunately, only one plant is looking good. Other two are not looking they are going to survive.

The order was very slow in being dispatched, and the courier hopeless failing to arrive for 3 consecutive days. I ordered 150 bulbs about 10 were rotten.

I placed a phone order when I very clearly asked for 125 each of 3 types of tulip and 1000 white daffodils. I need the precise amount for my daughter’s wedding next April. Only 100 of each tulip was sent and by the time I realised your error, you had sold out of each tulip. 100 does not sound remotely like 125. Honestly, not impressed Parkers

The order of 25 miniature bulbs arrived after 3 weeks One bulb was rotten and all the others already had one inch sprouts.
