Order not received spoke to various people tried to reorder but stock was not available was told I couldn't alter the list and couldn't add to this list either so had to get a full refund I was not happy

Unfortunately all plants arrived in very poor condition. They were either yellow and brown leaves and very dried out or split and broken. We were very disappointed with our order

I am giving you one star in my review, because Evri were good with the delivery, keeping me informed by email. The Hydrangea I bought from you, priced at £10 plus tax, then more tax on the delivery charge, coming to a total of £19.14 for a plant which most garden centres would sell for about £3 to £5. If you had advertised it as a scrawny thing about 6 inches high, with no leaves and unlikely to flower for several years, I wouldn't have bothered but the picture I saw was a small healthy looking plant with abundant leaves, quite a long way from the actuality. | would advise anyone buying from you to think twice and go to a reputable company, which you are certainly not I will try to send some photographs of the magnificent £20 plant.

Order was 5 short on 100. First delivery lost by Evri. Replacement delivery struggled to be delivered. Several frustrating telephone calls.

Hi Daniel Thank you for your review and feedback. As we use couriers rather than the post office they don't know the remoter area's as well, which can lead to delays especially if there is a few properties and the driver has to manually check each one if they are unable to get a signal to give you a call. Bulbs ordered and paid for, then over a month later told can’t fulfill the order and only some bulbs sent… which is useless without the ithers

Somewhat disappointed with some of the tulip bulbs which were a bit mouldy when they arrived. I have planted most of them and tried to rub the mould off.

Ordered Tulip bulbs in Oct. I order every year as I like a stunning display in the spring. All the bulbs were colour co ordinated as I like all my hot colours in one bed & cool colours in another At the end of Nov got an email to refund half the order. Rang customer service to say my design was now ruined & what should I do. I just got an apology & told that the stock of tulip bulbs was very low Very disappointed as I have used Parkers for over 20 years. Will never order from this company again

I have placed 3 orders with J Parkers thus Autumn, 1 has been delivered in it's entirety, even though the plants were very small it was complete. A second order was only partially completed (again very small and spindly shrubs) and I have no idea when the outstanding plants will arrive. The third order has not arrived at all, even though all the plants were listed as in stock.

I ordered a large order of hemerocallis fragrant returns. They were supposed to be pale lemon yellow but they are deep orange yellow. This is very disappointing as I have a colour scheme and I opted my garden for a NGS Grace Hunter

You sent me dead plants that had been battered inside the parcel. When I opened my parcel there was empty pots inside with compost everywhere and a load of dead dried leaves which I can only assume use to been the plants that I ordered. I would advise everyone NOT to order from this company unless you can collect in person and view the plants you are buying before you you hand over any money!!

Unfortunately evri are really not reliable enough carriers for anything like plants on a time sensitive delivery schedule. The clematis prob left your warehouse looking good but arrived here 8 days later, etiolated and covered in mildew. I contacted Parkers who told me to just plant them out. We are looking after them and they are slowly recovering, many weeks after delivery. Had they been sent by royal mail 24 or even 48 hour post they would have arrived looking great. Not good service at all i am afraid.
