“Part of my order was for 15 garden ready Delphiniums. These arrived in poor condition with little Delphinium visible together with weed around each and every one. Some of these could not be planted out as stated when I ordered them. I let customer services know and got some flippant reply that I was not happy with. As a positive the Digitalis and Holyhocks where healthy and looking good.”

“Plants were fantastic, but so much plastic packaging made me feel terrible. I tried to put it in the recycling but the crew took it back out and left it on the verge because it’s green and non-recyclable. There are companies out there sending plants in the post with no plastic at all. I hope Parker’s will go the same way. Can’t give five stars til then.”

“The busy lizzies are fine! This is the fourth year that I have ordered 240 busy lizzies from Parkers. Each time I believe that the plants themselves were fine, but the weak point in the purchase has been the delivery. This year Evri only shook some 20 plantlets loose from the tray, and in the end only 2-3 were injured beyond recovery. Fortunately, there were a few instances of twinned plants in a cell, so with a little husbandry I am overall happy! I will say that the plants do always turn out well, and last well until the first frosts in November. So, I will be back next year. Thanks!”
