“Plants normally arrive well packaged, had great results. The last order for winter honeysuckle 3 plants were crammed into a small box, so the plastic containers the plants were in were crushed, this caused damage to one of the plants. This is not the normal as before the packaging was appropriately sized.”

“The parcel containing two bunches bare-rooted snowdrops was delivered in a rather battered cardboard box, but the plants were undamaged. One of the parcels was decidedly thinner than the other.”

“Arrived days before expected. Plants in good condition. I have potted them on as the weather wasn’t suitable to plant out. They are living outside during the day & non heated greenhouse at night until weather suitable.”

“Unfortunately the courier up-ended the box on delivery and left it outside our front door. As a result 4 of the pants were damaged and not plantable. I appreciate this wasn’t your fault but it would put me off ordering online again.”

“Well packed, let's see how they do when planted. Have had two of acer Taylor fail now, despite plants looking healthy on arrival. Have set of three acers bought over 14 years ago still thriving, so don't think it's lack of care.”

“Ordering very easy. I personally would like the catalogue to be a bit bigger, print especially. My eye sight is not quite as good as it used to be. That said I can still go online. Confirmation of order good. Pre-delivery information is excellent and Evri delivery information is on the ball. Delivery is always fast and on time. My courier Laura goes above and beyond, looking out for and handling carefully all packages. Packaging is far superior to any other nursery. Plants arrive suitably moist and in good condition - occasional odd one broken, but I can live with that, almost certainly occurs at Evri hubs. All in all excellent service all round. I would and do thoroughly recommend J. Parkers plants to anybody.”

“Excellent service, my roses arrived in perfect condition. The package included fantastic instructions on how to care and plant the roses. I’ve been trying to find this rose for a very long time for my garden, so I’m really looking forward to seeing this rose bloom.”
