“On the whole nice plants , but some were quite small”

“Plants and bulbs arrived well packed but quality less than I would expect. Around half of the lily bulbs covered in mould/fungus and soft and plant plugs either etiolated and pale due to lack of light (Delphinium) or again, covered in mould or even absent from the plug (Verbena). Quality control in the packing or picking department and storage needs to significantly improve. We'll just have to see how things grow in the coming season.”

“Good info flow - kept me informed of what was happening with my order - and delivered faster than expected versus the first estimate. Bulbs all in very good condition and fairly large. I have been eagerly planting these and anticipating a great summer display - I have thoroughly enjoyed previous purchases from Parker’s, so very confident!”

“What Parkers did was excellent BUT the carrier you use was unacceptably slow - e-mail on a Friday saying order collected from yourselves; order not actually delivered till late in the day the following Thursday - & many items were very dry. Also parcel left at roadside gate (200 yards from house).”

“It was an easy order of over 40 potted plants at a very fair price. The delivery packaging was good and not a single leaf was broken. I look forward to seeing them all bloom in the next month or two!”

“Order was 5 short on 100. First delivery lost by Evri. Replacement delivery struggled to be delivered. Several frustrating telephone calls.”

Hi Daniel Thank you for your review and feedback. As we use couriers rather than the post office they don't know the remoter area's as well, which can lead to delays especially if there is a few properties and the driver has to manually check each one if they are unable to get a signal to give you a call.
