“This was the first time I’d put together a ducting system and I didn’t really know what I didn’t know. Stacie was superb in getting me through this; helping me to understand the numerous different Nordfab components and how they interact so that I could design my dust collection set up. She was knowledgeable, patient, non-judgmental and pleasant each time (& there were a few) I called. A pleasure to deal with & a keeper for sure.”

“Product was good no issues with that but was charged £18.50 for DX shipping (the only option i could pick) Product came next day via DPD which would have cost you no more than £5 to send. Profiteering from false shipping costs which is just annoying.”

Good afternoon Phil. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have reached out to you personally via email to go into more detail on sending this via DPD rather than DX. We use two couriers, one for larger parcels and one for smaller. In some instances (like yours), we assessed the product ordered (PU200-6M) and our warehouse were able to get this into a box suitable for sending with DPD. If another product was ordered alongside this, then it is likely we would have had to send this with DX. We must take into account all aspects of an order - location / products ordered / best suitable courier ect. The website is unable to take these factors into account and therefore we need to ensure any larger products are covered under DX. I can see that a credit for the difference was authorised and should be back onto the original method of payment.😊 if you have any questions or queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
