“The item was for resale but arrived with Dust Spares tape and re-order information all over it. It would be good if there was an option for unmarked packaging when the items are for resale”

There is a special instructions sections at checkout where you can put information like asking for goods to be sent under plain cover, with no delivery note - or putting purchase order numbers in there. “A bit disappointed. In short, the fault is mine - I ordered lots of 150mm fittings and then two 160mm lengths of duct. No one in the order procurement chain flagged this and instead of questioning if I had made a mistake, they just shipped it. Some parts arrived damaged - probably not the cheapest place if you shop around but they are convenient. Ordered some adaptors elsewhere, and I've solved the issue.”

“Nicely made unfortunately my machine is about 40 years old and is imperial size with is 16 inches and not 400 mm so have had to improvise to make it fit but it seems to work only time will tell”

“Very slow, delivery over expensive, then when they finally arrived, didn’t even fit. They are 5mm too big. Would not recommend to an enemy.”

Addressing the very slow part, the item ordered is on a made to order basis. It mentions on the website 10-14 working days to get these into us. I can understand your frustration with any kind of lead time and have passed this over to our procurement team to look into stock levels. Regarding the costly delivery, I notice your location is in Northern Ireland. While we strive to minimize courier expenses, it's important to understand that due to increasing charges and your location, the costs are inevitably higher. The sizes on the website are nominal sizing and have passed this over to our team to make this more apparent. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback.
