“The hose I ordered is fine. The following of instructions not so much. I instructed if no answer to door, leave it in greenhouse at the bottom of the garden and leave a card in front door letterslot. That did not happen. Instead it was left under a trailer at the front of our property. The driver did leave a card. I know that drivers are under pressure to deliver. Taking a photo and telling me where they left it does not comply with what I asked for. If you ask me to instruct, then your driver should follow and do as requested and not to wing it as they think fit!”

“Great service from dust spare , delivery was another question ? Told van unable to deliver twice ( questioned staff present that day and no one had attempted to deliver) Had to change delivery address which cost again ? Possibly hacked my visa account (delivery company NOT Dust Spares.”
