“Order took over a week to be delivered . To be fair I was kept informed of the problems with the delivery company but hoped to get the materials in time to complete the job.”

“The product itself is fine, but I thought the delivery charge was excessive, added to that customs fees and a 19 pound item cost me nearly 55 pounds to deliver to Ireland, I've ordered various products from UK companies since Brexit and they didn't incur such high costs”

We get a set figure from the courier and keep this as low as possible when we pass this over to our customers. From your order I can see that you are in Republic of Ireland, which then unfortunately incurs some further fees with it going "Outside mainland UK" We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you can understand our balancing act of using good credible couriers who deliver and trying to keep the costs as low as possible.
