“The items did not arrive on the day, even though we could see that DPD had the goods. They just did not deliver them. These were for a job we were doing over the weekend, so we could not do that part of the job. A good service let down by DPD delivery not next day but a 4 day delivery.”

That said, we completely understand the inconvenience this caused—especially with your job scheduled for the weekend—and we agree it’s not the level of service you should expect. We’ve already been in touch with you directly and have issued a full refund for the order. If there was anything else we could have done to resolve the issue sooner, we absolutely would have.
