“Horrible experience, I'm using drinks direct third time and every time is a problems. Drinks direct using some very very bad delivery comany APC overnight. Tracking shows that my parcel was delivered a day ago but actually it wasn't delivered at all. Bought a couple of bottles of wine to my colleague and APC overnight ruined all my surprise to the colleague . More than that it's not easy to find correct phone to call them, because it's different depots by the area. Wasted 2 hours on the phone with Bristol depot tonight, nobody answering the phone at all. Very bad expirience will NEVER use drinks direct again. Ernest”

“Very easy to order online from this Company. They kept in touch by email to tell us when the product had been despatched. We were able to track our order at all times. We received it more quickly than we expected. It was very well packaged. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you.”
