“I ordered on line it arrive very quickly and the product looks good. I am looking forward to consuming the contents. A hard whisky to find. Paying with PayPal is great not having to give up a credit card details and not even needing to type in you address.”

“Although available for purchase on their site, the whiskey I ordered was not delivered. After inquiry, I was told it was unavailable and the payment was refunded. It was disappointing that nothing was done proactively and a refund was only offered after prompting.”

Dear Dodds, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the issue you experienced with an item on your order. All the items in your order, except 1 bottle were processed for dispatch immediately on the next working day delivery service. The outstanding bottle was placed on back order and this would have been communicated on the delivery note enclosed with the order. I can see multiple requests were made to transfer further stocks to fulfil the back order for the 1 outstanding bottle on your order. However further to a recent supply chain communication, the outstanding bottle of whiskey is now showing it is no longer being imported into the UK. We apologise for the delay in communicating any issue with the outstanding bottle, however there was a delay in receiving feedback on the issue with procurement of further stocks.
