“I ordered Champagne for my parents Ruby Wedding Anniversary from China to be delivered to my sisters, and requested that the invoice not go to my billing address - my parents! Drinks Direct were ace, gave an actual delivery date and held back on the invoice to not ruin the surprise! Top work.”

“This is always the company that I use for easy no hassle ordering of drinks on-line. Living so far away from the UK it is always great to find companies that just 'get on with the job'. Easy process from ordering, payment to delivery and I always manage to find something for the variety of family that I order for. Keep up the great work. I like the email communication along the way to tell me the status of my order.”

“I hadn't used this supplier before, and because my Dad loves his whiskey's, I am always on the lookout for something he has never had before. This site was easy to use, with a great explanation for each bottle that I looked at and because of the quick response, I would definitely use this supplier again, without any hesitation.”

“Good service from Drinks Direct, however do have to mention that the courier service was not good, they had not tried to deliver to a neighbour as i was not in, and when re-booking they never turned up so had to collect from them myself. whilst i was there another person had also mentioned to them that he had booked twice and no shows, and they had to collect.”

“What can I say...an online order is an online order...payment processes fine, etc, etc. The item itself seemed the perfect gift and extolled it to my boss, my friends and others. And then it came time to actually getting the thing delivered...that was HORRENDOUS! Citylink...'nuff said! My address is hardly new, in the centre of a large town like Gateshead, the depot is only a couple of miles away, every courier company, utility company, Royal Mail, taxis, visitors from out of town who've never been here in their life, can find us (I googled my postcode to see, and the little red marker lands square on my house), but not DrinksDirect's couriers...not CityLink...and after three attempts, a day off work, two wasted days for the person who was here to accept the package for me, an hour on the phone, I ended up paying ?16 for the taxi/wait-while-I-collect/return to get my parcel from the Citylink depot. So, frankly...don't bother...a thoroughly unpleasant, expensive and stressful experience. What am I telling my friends and boss who fancied getting the item themselves?...Don't!”

“I ordered 3 bottles of a spanish liquor that no one else seemed to sell. I was reluctant to order online, but I really needed it as a gift for christmas, so I thought I would take the risk. I ordered it, and 2 days later they were here. Fabulous service, and would definitely recommend your company. It was fast, easy and painless. Thank you so much . Will definitely order again.”

“Amazed how quickly my order arrived! I ordered quite late in the day and it was delivered to me the following day! Securely packaged in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box so no accidents or spills. Very impressed and would definitely use the company again!”
