“Only one 'complaint' was that I was trying to order drinks for other people and found locating the spirits a bit tricky as I wasn't sure what categories they fell under e.g. Canadian Club. Might be good to have a 'search' box?”

“Seriously good wine with prompt delivery when it was expected. Not that much cheaper but good for less well known wines or vineyards. Brown Brothers are well known in supermarkets for some varieties but not the ones we like so it's good to find them.”

“You know I have just received a delivery from a firm that up to a couple of days ago I had never heard of. My wife and I recently went to a wine tasting in London (a present from our son). I tasted a lovely Chilean Merlot and thought let's get some for Christmas. We were unable to buy this particular wine at the wine tasting so what do I do - I search the internet - yes even at the age of nearly 70 - find this Company - DrinksDirect.co.uk and got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Delivery was EXCELLENT well packaged and within 48 hours. Now for that Merry Christmas! Mike Egan PS Thanks for the excellent service yur Company provides.”

“I ordered a case of Brown Brothers Shiraz but received only six bottles of the Shiraz and six bottles of Tarrango. I sent two separate emails immediately to Drinks Direct and have not had the courtesy of a response. I sent one through their system which says you will receive a reply within an hour, and when several hours later that had not been forthcoming, I emailed them again. I have still not had a response. all I have received is this asking me to rate my customer satisfaction. I was reluctant to deal with the company after a bad experience two years ago, but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt - I am now regretting that decision.”

Thank you for your feedback. If you have had an issue with the products you have received you should have received a response to an email/enquiry certainly within 24 hours. The customer services team are handling higher volumes of enquiries at this time of year however you should have received a reply within 24 hours if your email was sent during the week. If you have already sent in an email enquiry customer services, they will be asked to look into this asap to resolve the issue.
