“If you need to get anyone a gift ( unless they're T total) drinks direct are great. Big range of choice and fast and punctual delivery :-)”

“i recently received my order from drinks direct, was impressed by the competence of the people who processed my order. The one i was not happy with was the courier, not only did he leave the my parcels without a signature he dumped them upsidedown in the coal bunker. He proceded to turn his van around on my premises, in doing so he hit my garden fence and knocked it down costing me a small fortune to repair. I have been in contact with the courier depot manager and he is doing nothing to rectify the damage his staff caused to my property.”

“Shiraz advertised as 2009, but actual was 2010. In fairness DrinksDirect did let me know, but the website stocking levels needs updating.”

Thanks for your feedback. The vintage on your ordered wine had changed and you were called and emailed to confirm whether your order could be processed with a newer vintage. Only after your confirmation was your order then processed. Unfortunately we do not get vintage change information from all of our suppliers. And so vintages can on occasions change without prior notice. Where we do find a vintage has changed we try to contact customers to ensure they are happy to proceed before the order is processed.

“DrinksDirect.co.uk offers an excellent range of both white and red wine. Their website is very user friendly making placing an order a very strightforward experience. Delivery of the wine is also very speedy and I would not hesitate to recommend the company. To sum up, excellent service all round!”

“Found DD to be the cheapest online for the particular drink i was after so brought 2 bottles (to make the most of the offer). Asked to be called for payment as i had troubles with my card and the security steps (my end and not DDs problem). They called with in the hour (just before 6pm) to take payment. The delivery was at my door before 10am the next morning!”

“Only the second time I have used drinksdirect to buy oranjebaoom lager for our son who is visiting from Dubai . It is his favourite lager, ordered some at xmas and again last week. Drinksdirect provide a very efficient and prompt service and deliver when they say they will, and keep the customer informed of the orders progress of the order.”

“They had all the unusual drinks that can not be found in the high street that I was looking for, I received accurate delivery information and my 89.9% Absinthe was on my table within 48 hours of ordering. Overall very happy”

“Bought this as a celebration gift and the gold leaf looks great in the drink and is a special finishing touch. The presentation box is a gold ingot and is a perfect way to present the gift. Delivery was received the following working day and the item was packaged well and the gift was protected.”

“So, I have a vague flicker of a memory of a drink I had over 2 years ago. I google it and it sends me winging to the drinksdirect website and the bottle is there in front of me. At 9.25am on a tuesday morning I place my order. Get the usual blah emails of "thankyou's" and "order placed", the following morning (wednesday) I get a "we have despatched your item". Now when you get this email, you know that you have a day or two to wait for delivery. Ha, not the case with drinksdirect. 10.27am the doorbell goes. Yup you guessed it, my Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea is in that delivery lady's hand... I could have kissed her. With an outstanding delivery service like this and vast "library" of tipples I would highly recommend drinksdirect. Keep up the good work”
