“I ordered a 4.5lt bottle of Famous Grouse whisky for a charity auction which arrived well packaged and safely. My only gripe is that I ordered the bottle with the label in the normal position, but was sent the bottle designed to be hung upside down in a bar. I am pretty sure there was a choice and that I clicked the correct one. It arrived in a nice presentation box, so I let the label issue ride.”

Dear Lesley, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read of the issue you have raised regarding the label being upside down on the bottle you ordered. Unfortunately all stocks of the bottle you ordered have the label upside down. The picture on the website of your ordered product also shows the bottle with an upside down label. There is currently only a US Whiskey available for purchase where there is a choice of two; one with the label the 'right way up' and the other with the label upside down. We apologise if the upside down label on the ordered bottle has detracted from your experience of using the drinksdirect.co.uk service.
