“I can't fault this company. To begin with, they stocked my son's favourite wine which we have been looking for unsuccessfully for some time. The ordering process was quick and easy, and even included a price reduction on an order of 6 bottles. I ordered on a Monday evening, with an immediate email acknowledgement of the order. On Tuesday I was advised that my order had been despatched and it was delivered to my door first thing Wednesday morning. Fantastic, trouble free experience. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them without hesitation.”

“My order arrived TWO days after ordering when online purchases from other suppliers have taken up to six weeks. I was able to pay via PAYPAL, which meant that my contact details were already available so I didn't have to waste time registering and typing them in. My wine was at a bargain price because I benefitted from a special offer in force when I ordered. Finally, the delivery was so securely (double) packaged that I doubt an earthquake would have damaged any of the bottles. Very satisfied.”

“Unfortunately Waitrose ran out of my favourite Ros? wine, but fortunately I found DrinksDirect, who promptly delivered a case 2 days after ordering it. I was kept informed when and at what time!!!!!! The delivery would arrive. Brilliant!!!”

“I was looking for Plastic Miniatures specifically (they are going in a pi?ata and didn't want them to smash!) and this was one of the few sites that allowed me to search by that and had a great selection. They were delivered very quickly and efficiently as I was sent a text on the day that specified the hour they would come. This justified the high delivery cost but I didn't need them to come so soon so would have been happy to pay less for slower delivery. I should note that most other sites I looked at had similar delivery costs so I'd still recommend drinks direct!”

To keep the delivery service as simple as possible, we only have one main delivery service for mainland UK and that is the next working day delivery service. Orders are dispatched on this service as standard. Rather than have a higher cost for an next working day delivery service and a slightly reduced cost for a 2 - 3 day service, we aim to keep the whole process of delivery easy and simple. With a 2 - 3 day service there is also the added unknown of whether your delivery will arrive on the 2nd or 3rd day, which can mean extra time waiting around for a delivery, with uncertainty on which day to expect it. I apologise if the delivery service did not fully meet with your requirements on this occasion. However we still hope you enjoyed using the drinksdirect.co.uk service and we look forward to being of service in the future.
