“I ordered the Hendricks gin tea cup and was really happy as it arrived within a couple of days, sadly when I opened my package, the cup I had been sent was not the same pattern as the cup advertised on your web page. I wanted the one advertised as it matches a tea pot I have. I have sent 2 emails so far regarding this and heard absolutely nothing, so I’m really not happy with my purchase, and if the one advertised is not available I would like a refund but as yet have not found how to get one.”

“The postage cost was too high in my opinion. Having said that, the delivery for super fast and faultless - so I am overlooking the postage because I bought an item that wasn’t available elsewhere but if I’d had a choice I probably would have chosen differently - due to the postage charge.”
