“First time have used this company Good points Impressed the way that the goods ( three bottles ) were packed ) Not so good points Courier delivered to wrong address, however when I telephoned company they were quick to speak to driver. From his description of the property he had delivered to I was able to identify property not to far away from my address”

“Looking for a company to deliver a special bottle direct to a family member, I found Drinks Direct online and used them in preference to another supplier because of their much better customer ratings. Having placed my order, I received an email that same day from Drinks Direct advising that they had just run out and would not be able immediately to source any more of that label, with a link to the alternative options. My new choice was safely delivered within 2-3 days, with plenty of warning. Excellent service.”
