“I ordered some cocktail ingredients for my halloween party and left it until the last minute to be honest so I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time but they came much earlier than expected and everything was really well packed and protected. Excellent prices too. Excellent service overall.”

“We recently ordered 2 cases of our favourite wine from Drinks Direct. It was the first time we had used your service but we were not disappointed. The wine was delivered on the correct day and was carried into my kitchen by a very polite gentleman. Excellent service.”

Thank you for your feedback. There are stringent order processing checks in place. We can confirm from the order records that the gift message and details of the item packed in your order was included. It is possible that the gift message and packing slip document slid to the bottom of the box and were not immediately visible to the recipient. We would always be happy to assist a recipient in case there are any issues in locating details of the sender of an order. However it looks on this occasion that this was not necessary, as it appears you may have contacted the recipient before the recipient contacted us for more information. We apologise for any inconvenience, however if the recipient still has the packaging for the item received they should find the sender information inside.

“Great, quick service and delivery. Product very well priced even when adding on delivery charge. Only minor criticism is, we instructed product to be left in open garage, but courier had been instructed to obtain a signature from us. He had no record of instruction to leave in garage. As it happens, I was in.”

“Excellent service. Site easy to use, straightforward payment via debit card, no account to have set up beforehand. Excellent communication throughout the processing of my order. Fast delivery. Full credit to the delivery service used, as they made a repeat visit later the sameday after they did'nt catch my in first time they called earlier in the day. I would recommend drinksdirect without reservation to other potential customers.”

“The item I ordered is hard to find in shops so I looked around and I came across DrinksDirect who had the item in stock and even better, it was a good price. It was also a nice surprise to not have to pay a fortune for postage - very reasonable. Ordered on the Wednesday night, my item arrived first thing on Friday morning. Would recommend the use of this service to anyone, easy and smooth transaction from start to finish. Will definitely be using again in the near future!”
