“Website was easy to navigate and ordering was a piece of cake. Order arrived very quickly - much faster than i was expecting, which was great. Packaging wasn't dented or bruised when it arrived and i was pleased to find bubble wrap inside the box, with each little bottle very well wrapped. Perfect for what i needed. Very pleased and very excited about using the miniatures for cocktail making for my best friend's mini hen party!”

“Very happy with service, was able to buy a bottle of wine we'd been struggling to find elsewhere. Price reasonable although p&p was more than I was expecting. Overall very happy though.”

“Ordered my bottles one late afternoon hoping they would turn up in time for my party. I was happily surprised getting my delivery the very next morning. Some of the bottles I'd been searching for in the usual shops, but without any luck. I got to make some fantastic drinks that weekend.”

“Great customer service, reliable and helpful. i have used Drinks Direct as my main supplier for Sake and they have been more than helpful, My contact Jatinder is more than willing to help and is a joy to converse with. overall a brilliant drinks provider, will definitely use them if i fancy having a "gathering" with friends and need a few drinks for it. I look forward to continuing business with this company, just as long as i get my Sake :)”

“Managed to source two obscure liqueurs for our Cocktail party which we couldn't find in any shop. Clear communication throughout the order and delivery process and the goods were delivered promptly. they were well packed and the expectation was fully met. Won't hesitate to order again when there is a gap in the cellar.”

“I was very happy with my order being processed quickly and efficiently however city link provided a very poor service. My item was delivered the day after I ordered it which I did not expect I contacted city link at 8am when they were open to see if the item could be delivered to my place of work as no one would be home to sign for the delivery. I was advised this could not happen as the item had been put on the van and it would not be possible to move it onto a van which would be in the area of my work place. I said it would waste their time as they would have to redeliver the item on Saturday, I was advised I would have to pay an extra ?10 for that to happen. City link were not accommodating at all with times of delivery or day unless I was prepared to pay more. As the item was a present I had to drive to the depot and pick up the item as I could do this up to 8pm but deliveries stopped at 5:30pm. I was disgusted with the service I had received from city link and frustrated you had provided a very good service and probably give city link a lot of money.”

“Drinks Direct made ordering booze too easy. I fear I will now develop an addiction to buying alcohol this way. I used the service to send a gift to my brother living in the UK, here in Australia it is so expensive to ship wine/spirits overseas, so this was a fantastic option for me.”
