“I found exactly what I needed. The selection - particularly of those difficult to find items - is fantastic and, having found that I'd missed something, was able to phone up and add it to my order later in the day without any hassle. The fact that everything arrived, safely packaged, the following day, merely added to what I feel was top notch service.”

“Hi, The delivery was timely for my party and the packaging amazing. Unfortunately the light which was the main theme for buying the bottle was defective and went off 10 minutes after turning it on. Can the manufacturer send me a new light? Could I buy more lights from the manufacturer? Thanks”

“I came across Drinks Direct searching for a simple way to order a birthday gift from my brother in London. I am in Canada so I really had no idea what was out there in terms of good, trustworthy companies. I found DrinksDirect very easy to navigate, chose a bottle and included a gift note so that my brother was pleasantly surprised the next day. And I could track the package and know the exact status of my shipment. Yay!”

“Ordered a vintage Pol Roger to take to Australia with me for a wedding and I was pressed with time. Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and guaranteed a next day delivery. A problem with my address arose late afternoon but after emailing back after 7pm with the right information they still manage to get it delivered the next morning. Thank you very much. ! A.”
