“Happy with the wine and their prices but the courier they use, APC, are pretty hopeless if you are out when they first call. I tried to re-arrange delivery online but was given a date of 1st January (which is in any case a Bank Holiday) and that's in more than 2 months time. I made a couple of calls and was never really certain when the wine would show up until it did. Other couriers text you a one hour delivery window which allows you to organise your life and avoid being carded.”

“This is the second time I have used Drinks Direct. Both occasions have been for supplies for a celebration occasion. Drinks Direct has a great range of high quality products at good prices. The site is very easy to use and I love that I can use Paypal for secure payment. Delivery is super fast. On this occasion I ordered on Friday late afternoon and have the delivery first thing on Monday. The order was very well packaged to ensure safe and secure delivery. Will certainly be using again and would definitely recommend!”

“When on holiday in france we always drink Ricard as opposed to Pernod but finding it at home is much more difficult so to use Drinks direct was great”

“I ordered late on the Friday afternoon, expecting delivery the following week, the wine was delivered the next day on the Saturday, well packaged and correct. I cannot fault the service I received.Thanks”

“DrinksDirect promised to remind me when the Guinness Surger was in stock. They didn't forget and sent it to me very quickly. I didn't have any luck anywhere else - even on the Guinness website, which didn't recognise a search for the Guinness Surger! I was beginning to think it didn't exist. DrinksDirect proved that it does exist. They were true to their word They didn't forget me and I won't forget them. Thank you DrinksDirect.”

“Advised me when the item I wanted was back in stock. Excellent Web site which is easy to use. Only issue I had is that I was told my item wad with the overnight courier but two days later still haven't received it. Courier Web site saying it does have my parcel though.”

“I was desperately looking for Bulls Blood wine, not an easy job. A friend recommended DrinksDirect. I ordered my case of wine 4.20pm, it was delivered 2pm next day not even 24 hours. Now thats what i call 5 star service, fantastic!”
