Looking at the GPS coordinates logged at the time of delivery, it appears the delivery driver left your order safe with a neighbour at no. 36. If a delivery driver does not receive a reply at the delivery address, they will usually attempt to leave the order with a neighbour. We are pleased to read that you have now received your order. “I order from NZ to a UK address. Communication was great, I knew when my delivery had arrived and it was super speedy. I emailed them to change the address of the 'alternative delivery addresses' and they replied really quickly and friendly to say they'd got it which impressed me. Can't fault the service :)”
