“Hi , I have to say that ordinarily I don't buy wine on line . However , I have just purchased a large bottle from Drinks Direct . The whole process was trouble free . The communication was instant , and the wine was delivered the following day of ordering ! First class service , thankyou!”

“Absolutely dreadful. My order was not complete and when I e-mailed to ask for a refund for an item not delivered, I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the order, missing one bottle. How stupid is that? Completely no logic!!! Would not recommend at all - go somewhere where they respect their customers! There are plenty of other on-line retailers offering the same service, hopefully honestly.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the issue you have experienced with your order. Your order shows it was delivered on Saturday 24/08/2024. An enquiry is showing to have been received on Sun 25/08/2024 advising of an issue with one of the boxes delivered. A reply is showing to have been sent the same day requesting further information. Where an issue is raised regarding delivery there is a process that is followed to help investigate the matter and resolve. This is part of our standard workflow, like many other businesses. I can see the issue raised is currently under investigation with the couriers. There are strict checks and detailed records are maintained of orders processed for dispatch to help ensure the correct product/s and quantities are processed and to help ensure orders are packed correctly.
