“I had a query about a bottle of Hennessy XO. I had looked on Amazon and wasn't convinced it was genuine as part of the embossed grape design was missing. The young man at Drinks Direct was brilliant. He checked with the warehouse twice for me to confirm that theirs was the same as my empty bottle. He also spotted that the design of the box was slightly different too as he went to the trouble of pulling up the bottle on Amazon. They then both emailed and rang me to check my house number was correct as an exclamation mark had appeared after the number. Don't ask ....I don't know either ! All in all I was very impressed with the service not least because the phone was answered promptly by a person and a very helpful one at rhat. Many thanks, Tess”
