“I have ordered lots of items from Dragonfly Products over the last couple of years. Mainly treats. I have a dog that can eat most things in seconds so I like the fact that the treats are graded for chew lastability(is that even a word?) so he can enjoy them for a 'bit' longer. Always easy to order and good communication about delivery etc. Can't see me changing from Dragonfly Products any time soon.”

“Ordered 2 deer antlers, one was so small and pointy we would not give it to the dogs, it was dangerous. I phoned customer service who were very unhelpful so I sent them back at a cost of postage to me. Would not buy from them again. Went to mole valley much cheaper and bigger”

“I order online fairly regularly and always find it easy to find what I’m looking for and to checkout quickly. My order arrives quickly and my pup loves the little treat that’s occasionally sneaked in. My last order, one of the bits went out of stock after placing the order, I received a phone call to choose a alternative or if I would like a refund, such excellent and friendly customer service. Most companies would just send an invoice saying out of stock and automatically apply a refund, meaning you then have to go to the hassle placing a 2nd order, this saved that hassle.”
