“Really lovely people on the phone. Pleased with my delivery . Constructive criticism: I just hate the packaging ! I struggle to dispose of the polystyrene box! It makes a mess to tear it up and it’s my real hate. Inside so much shredding all the shredding is filling up my green bin too. Dog enjoys food that’s a plus . I wish there was an alternative packaging as this is quite dated in comparison to other companies. Delivery is prompt although DPD are not always great.”
