“My natural camel rolls arrived in a torn bag. Multiple holes. The rolls were uncovered and poking out the bag. Contaminated with what knows. After paying over the odds for this product the minimum is that it is packaged adequately. The packaging was unsuitable, too thin, and I was charged £3.99 for it. I'm still waiting for a reply back from "Andrew". I regret buying from this company. Avoid.”
Hi Susanne, I am sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your delivery. We send hundreds of parcels per day and the packaging we used would normally be more than adequate but on this occasion it seems to have been damaged in transit by the courier.
